"Room on top floor. Lift was working. Twin room, room was a bit tired and could do with redecoration. Facilities were fine, tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was good, traditional or other available. Dinner was in the annexed bar. Food included in my hotel price and was very good. Good selection. Parking was available at a charge of 6 ounds per day."

"Lovely stay. Staff all very welcoming. Food lovely with extensive buffet breakfast and dinner was also very nice. Rooms spacious but could have maybe done with some updating. Nice balcony which we couldnt use unfortunately due to the weather.Lovely views of lake windemere from the grounds. We enjoyed the pool and were lucky enough to have it to ourselves every day.
