"I booked and arrived at the property very late after a long drive from Rome, ~8pm. Michaela (hope I spelt correctly!) was extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating as I arrived tired and dishevelled! Parking is provided. Breakfast is provided. Aircon included. Rooms were clean, spacious and soundproofed (in the hall I could hear Italians debating loudly - in the room I heard nothing. Room was large. Bed was large. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. "We felt welcome here, from the minute we walked in, till checkout. Front desk staff seemed to be sincerely pleased with our stay. Lots of smiles, good advice, overall a success. Very good room, spacey, enough light, quiet with a good bathroom. The breakfast buffet was a delight with lots of choices and very friendly breakfast room attendant. Right next to the old town. You can take a taxi from the train station or the mini-metro for the more adventurous. Highly recommended. "
