"When I first read reviews of Tamarind, the reviews were mixed. I decided to take a chance and we couldn’t have been happier. The room was spacious and clean. The location of our room was fantastic, I walked out with my coffee every morning and was greeted by the ocean. The pool was right there and my daughter loved that. The pool was large, overlooking the ocean and well maintained. The location was great. The staff were beyond wonderful. They were so friendly, welcoming and were eager to help...

"I had a wonderful stay here and was impressed by how much it exceeded my expectations! The room was amazing, with a stunning ocean view, private balcony, and unique peeping tom shower window. The dark, vibrant vibes and wicked furniture added to the charm. The bed was comfy, and the cool atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. Diane was incredibly nice and assisting. "This property is almost to the end of the island on the east end. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff could not be nicer. The food at the restaurant is great and reasonably priced, particularly for a hotel/resort restaurant. The rooms are beautiful, bright and airy. The view is spectacular. We will visit again."

"Our stay was great! Very nice hotel and very friendly and helpful hosts. The reservation process was very easy, also check in and check out. Very close to boardwalk, shops and restaurants. The room is very spacious and beautiful colonial style. My suggestion is to add a coffee maker in the room, also some shelves in the bathroom and curtains to block the light from outside. Very safe."

"The property was excellent it was quiet not alot of people walking through the beach area. The view of the sunsets was the best on the island! The staff was great, anything you needed was handled quickly and with no problems. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a quiet getaway with not a lot of distractions."
