"Le personnel était très accueillant et sympa à l’écoute de chaque besoin, une adaptation à la langue, que ce soit italien, anglais français etc énorme, parking pour pouvoir stationner sa voiture, salle de sport qui fait parfaitement l’affaire un petit déjeuner très copieux, l’hôtel était bien entretenu"
"The hotel could use an upgrade, but everyone was helpful and professional, everything was clean and working properly, and he room was very spacious. No complaints."
"+ Very Central Location. Close to Porta Nuova train station and the Airport Shuttle Bus is directly around the corner. Short walking distance to main attractions and restaurants.
+ Quiet Room, Shutters Block out noise and light.
+ Comfortable Double Bed.
- Lack of Plug Socket, only two in the opposite corners of room, not by bedside
- Very Small Shower Room for a Twin Room. Tiny Shower, with very small opening between sliding doors. Was a tight squeeze."
"Our host, Simone, was so very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He really made our visit seamless and special. We decided to stay an extra night and Simone was very happy to help us. I feel like we made a new friend. The room itself was comfortable, the AC worked well, and it was central to public transportation. We would definitely visit Hotel Universo again."
"Clean rooms, super helpful staff, location next to Porta Nuova train station. Overall, the property room quality matches the low price - you get quality you pay for."
"Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber, das Frühstück war nicht schlecht. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer super freundlich und zu vorkommend. Immer wieder gerne...."
"Very impressed with all aspects of this hotel. Room was impecable. Staff were exemplary with customer service. Called a taxi for me several times. One of my best hotel experiences during this trip!"
"One of the best hospitality experiences I've had. The hotel was an incredible value for how lovely it is. Great location near the train station, but in a nice, quiet area. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. Our room was perfect, with an adorable balcony as an added bonus. I wouldn't stay anywhere else."
