"We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season. The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either. "I enjoyed my stay here however there were many disappointments as well. The room wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly. "La struttura è molto bella, silenziosa e rilassante. Consiglierei di migliorare alcune cose: intorno alla piscina, specialmente dalla parte in cui l'acqua è più profonda, far passare qualcuno per dare una spazzata, è piena di semi di palma che danno fastidio durante il cammino; a fine stagione quando svuotate la piscina passare della resina trasparente per tenere incollate le pietre nella parte bassa della pisciana. Per il resto tutto perfetto. "
