"The location of the hotel is mirific. The view from the balcony towards Lake Como is stunning. The people are very friendlier and very nice. The swimming pool is clean and quiet. "We had an amazing stay right on the water . Rooms are basic but bathrooms renovated . The balcony with water views and the grotto dining area are an extra bonus .
