"Like always everything perfect "

"Nice big room well heated and nice hot water. Could have done with 2 comfy chairs in the room as it was quite big plus a bigger coffee table, other than these ideas we would book this room again as we have have done before."

"All the staff are excellent. Bed was really comfortable. The showers were great and lovely fluffy towels. Hotel just a little tired in places. Definitely stop again. "

"Very clean, amazing hotel, love the decor, love all the fancy lights in the rooms. Shower could of been hotter. Plenty of choice for the breakfast buffet, only thing we couldn't work out was the coffee machine pod. There was noise coming from outside but that was from the binmen I believe and it was at 6 30am on a Sunday morning , which I didn't want waking up at that time. Other than that it was a comfortable night and will be back again"

"I was expecting s slightly bigger room (Twin bed, rather than a single) but it was clean, tidy and even had a fridge. The window wouldn't open, but I gather that there is a rolling programme of improvements to this Listed Building and that my room "was on the list". Everything else seemed fine and the Continental Breakfast was better-than-average for a UK hotel."

"Such a fabulous hotel, excellent bar and restaurent. Lovely staff. Really comfy and well decorated bedrooms. Excellent food. Hughly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again. "
