The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! "Very friendly saff but we needed to go different building for breakfast and all food was located in very narrow carridor instead of the dinning room. It was crowded and didn’t look hygienic. I am very sorry but this not what I expected from hotel in Switzerland. I choose that place based on photos which are very beautiful. We stayed in 3 different hotels during our family Christmas trip and this was the biggest disappointment even the staff was excellent. I think they have to be more clear what to expect from the hotel to get the right customers. It should be budget hotel because restrictions of the buildings design. I would also recommend renovation. We enjoyed the stay but we will choose different hotel in the future. "
