"The hotel was in a very good location, right by the shops, parks and other interests in Cheltenham town centre. Can’t fault the easy location. The hotel is good, staff were excellent and very helpful - they went above and beyond. The only thing to be completely transparent about is the hotel is on a main road and is going to be noisy - NOT THE HOTEL’S FAULT! Nothing can be done about this so if you’ve never been to this hotel before please be ready to get woken by sirens from emergency service...

"Lovely quiet location. Perfectly situated to visit our family .Bradford on Avon quaint little town. Comfortable room, bathroom a bit tired( towel rail coming off wall). Nice towels and bedding. Nice communal sitting room. Breakfast nice though things like scrambled egg got very dried out. Pastries were lovely."

"Lovely pub/hotel. Very comfy and well appointed rooms. Excellent staff, very friendly and welcoming. Food excellent especially the Sunday roast. Would definitely recommend staying there."

"Bradley seemed to be everything and every where! What a strong team member and calm under pressure. Room was perfect- good beds and great shower. The breakfast was good food but complete pandemonium! Too many people, not enough tables etc!"

"I stayed 4 nights in a double room. Very neat and tidy. Excellent pub (separate from my room 👍). Got a bit hot at night (record temperatures), aircon may be a good idea these days. I had a pleasant time. The pub and the staff are wonderful btw. "
