Je decide donc de joindre le contact sur place pour lui annoncer que nous sommes en route et que nous aurons un leger retard mais ce mr n’a jamais repondu. Pres de 20 appels plutard je decide de joindre hotel.com pour me faire rembourser et la plate forme americain refuse car le loueur lui meme refuse

"Great value stay with everything you need for comfort. The room was clean, with a proper shower cubicle (a rarer find in Moroccan hotels it seems), and a good supply of towels and toilet paper. Air conditioning worked well, and there was a small balcony, even if the view wasn’t anything special. Breakfast was good, and the staff were kind, helpful and welcoming throughout. The only downside was that the WiFi didn’t work for us at all during our stay. Overall, excellent for the price and a very solid choice."
