"It was very hard to get a taxi to take us to this hotel and it was far from city center. The front desk staff wasnt that friendly or helpful. They just told us to take an uber. The rooms were very clean."

"The room is cleaned every single day. Very polite and helpful staff. The breakfast was the same every day, clean and very well prepared. I would recommend this place for a family stay. I really appreciate their work."

"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"

"Perfect location friendly staff"

"Great location to visit the Medina and the surrounding."

"- close to old city center, and cheap. - if you’re here in summer, the hotel is VERY hot and has no AC or even fans. Inside the room is much hotter than outside. I had to leave after first night to another hotel with AC. The room is VERY simple. Also, the hotel is on a main very busy street."

"Lovely stay! Had a beautiful terrace outside our room. Rooms were spacious and clean. Fresh towels daily. Breakfast included eggs, pastries, espresso coffee with hot milk, yogurt and freshly squeezed orange juice (best we had in all of Morocco), and more! Highly recommend Riad El Reducto!!"

"Hotel was perfect, location, clean and friendly staff"

"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT! These are privately owned apartments. There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. We slept on a couch because the beds were very dirty and the pillows had puke on them. The apartment had a gas leak...
