"This is more like a rent a room service than a full hotel service. These are residential apartments owned by individuals who rent out apartments. You need to ring them, otherwise you will be lost when you get to reception."

"This place was so so much better then our previous one in Ho chi Minh.. Was super impressed that we had so much space for the 3 of us... we even had a basic kitchen.. I enjoyed cooking of in the pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful, my daughter was unwell and they found a good hospital for us to go too, rang taxi and made sure they knew where to take us... room service was everyday, was basic.. as other reviews have said cleanliness isnt one of there top things... more to do with dusting...
