"Omg the staff was amazing, especially Jason!! He went over and beyond to assist me with a room change:) breakfast was fresh and a lot to choose from, the ladies were super friendly and helpful in the dining area. I truly appreciate warm sincere hospitality and smiles to go along with it all when you are already feeling like your world is weighing heavy on your shoulders so I Thank You Residence Inn Denton Staff for all that you’ve have done for my husband and I to have peaceful and pleasant stay with you all 😇"

"Service desk employees were extremely polite & helpful! The room (209) was very clean however, it requires maintenance. It’s showing its age where the entry door had a large gap at the bottom, the bottom of the bathroom door had damage and has been spray painted. The shower valve plunger was nearly impossible to use and the tub spigot was excessively gapped with silicone along with other areas around the tub/shower. Lastly, the bed was very uncomfortable. It was domed in the center where you felt as though you were going to roll of the ends."

"Friendly staff. Beautiful, clean rooms. The bath tub was flaking off paint, but that kind of part of the territory when you stay in a hotel. Breakfast was fresh and there were lots of options. Definitely would recommend this place and we would stay here again. "
