"Great location, super helpful staff, clean rooms and good price. My sole feedback is the snacky food they have is super bland even for convenient food (although they have a new pizza which I didn't try). Recommend"
"The location is excellent, probably the best part of the stay.
It is very convenient for sightseeing, tours, restaurants, every around Tromsø.
I booked a Superior King room for the ocean view, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. There was a fly in the room, bird droppings outside the window, and a large ship was parked directly in front of the hotel, blocking much of the sea view.
I asked the front desk if I could change rooms. I was told the hotel was fully booked and to ask...
"Good: Quiet and clean room!
Bad: It was a bit worn out. Carpet, paint, bathroom door handle was loose.
I went over to Scandic to get the room code. This was because I got a new phone # / Sim card once arriving in Europe. No problem as it was a couple of blocks away."
"Very helpful staff. Short stay but enjoyed being able to wander the historic section of Harstad from the hotel. Great room & very quiet.
Didn’t like the air blowing down on the bed from ceiling vent - my only complaint.

"Uns wurde untersagt, die Parkplätze mit Ladesäulen am Hotel zu nutzen (obwohl sogar einer noch frei war). Begründung: diese werden durch “uns” benutzt, d.h. die Parkplätze werden wohl durch die Hotelangestellten benutzt. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte uns dann nicht mal klar sagen, wo wir sonst noch Parken bzw Ladesäulen zu finden sind. Sehr schlechter Service.

"Notre première chambre avait des insectes dans le lit et par terre. Une recherche comparative interne nous a montré qu’il s’agissait d’insectes de lit ce que la gérante a refusé de reconnaître plaidant que c’est impossible en pays nordique. Mais ce que nous lui avons fait valoir est que peut importe la sorte d’ insectes, retrouver des insectes dans un lit demeure inacceptable . Ils ont finalement accepté de nous transférer de chambre. "Emplacement idéal, à 2min du centre ville.
Cuisine extrêmement bien équipée, avec le petit frigo dans la chambre, on peut vraiment gérer ses repas comme on veut.
Boissons chaudes gratuites
Réseau internet moyen en soirée (quand tout le monde est connecté...).
Pas de rangement pour les vêtements dans la chambre. 1 ou 2 étagères seraient appréciables.
TV dans la chambre mais avec seulement 2 chaînes locales"
