If you are doing an event at the Xcel, you cannot get a better place. Valet parking, nice rooms with a view and walking distance to any cuisine or beverages you would like to try as well as basically across the street from the event center.

Very nice room. Clean hotel. Great location…can use the skyway to access Target Center and Target Field without going outside. Hotel is secure. Staff helpful. Uber/taxi transportation is limited and expensive. Light rail was just a few blocks away, it was easy to use, but was not safe.

First time staying in Minneapolis. Great hotel very upscale feeling. Would stay here again

The staff were soooo nice! Super accommodating. The hotel was very clean and smelled really good. Rooms were nice, drinks were good. Will definitely be back.

Best place to stay downtown

The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Apartment sized refrigerator/freezer had plenty of room. The hot breakfast was amazing. Only an easy 5 minute walk to the Mall of America and the train station. My only complaint was that I had to fly out too early on my last day that I had to smell the delicious breakfast cooking, but had to leave before I could enjoy it.

Amazing staff; beautiful hotel; modern room with cool lights! The only thing I wasn’t expecting is paying $40 for valet parking which is your only option unless u aren’t staying overnight. Location is amazing for attending events at the Xcel. I wish the bar/restaurant was open earlier than 5pm.

This hotel was amazing! You could comfortably stay for several nights in these rooms- Very comfortable. Everything was brand new, clean, and close to downtown. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to stay here again.

I LOVE staying at Home2Suites! The rooms are spacious and clean, and have everything a family needs while traveling. I did laundry, my family enjoyed the pool and the fitness center as well. The breakfasts were amazing and we looked forward to them all three mornings. My only complaint was that I am very sensitive to pet smells- and since it has become a pet-friendly hotel, there was a large uncovered jar of smelly dog treats, and I felt that the air wasn't as fresh due to lingering pet odors....

I’m always nervous staying at hotels out of town because you just never know the conditions your walking into. So when we walked into the lobby we were greeted with smiles and a big hello from the staff. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Very gluten free friendly they had several options for breakfast. Including bread and bagels. Their small shop also had several gf food items. My daughter and I are celiac. Very thankful for these options.

Home2Suites offers a consistent and comfortable stay for our family. We will continue to use their chain as needed in the multiple states we've visited. I was surprised by a parking charge however. Because I booked through Orbitz it was not highlighted/divulged that I would have to pay an extra $25 per car parked in their lot.
