"I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Poughkeepsie and had a mixed experience. First, the positives: the staff were absolutely awesome—super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. "The room was very nice and clean. The Mountain View was kind of far and when you check in during winter, it’s already dark so you don’t see much mountain. I didn’t like when you used the hot water, there was a knocking noise coming from the pipes near the toilet."
