"Good location"

"Great place good area the metro is great only one block from hotel the rooms are a llitle small so good for one or two person the staff is good it help us a lot we directions tours taxi 8 days at the hotel we be back next time at this place"

"The room was very clean, but the windows weren't well insulated so that you could hear a lot of noise outside at night and some racing on weekends. Overall, I recommend staying there; it is clean, and you have plenty of space."

"I like this place we'll locate it"

"The room, property and location are good. Bed comfortable and clean. The only negative is that the reason we booked was that the room came with a kitchenette/ cooking facilities- however, there was very little we could cook with or plates / cutlery etc. Don't book with a kitchen if you expect to be cooking or eating 2-3 meals a day."

"Não dispunha de café da manhã. Não é bem explicado como localizar o escritório onde podemos pegar as chaves."

"Worst experience because of the poor communication from the people at the front desk. They send you to a restaurant next door promising a discount that never happens. The waitresses there lack manners, professionalism, and they even steal from you. I'm never coming back."

"We loved the location and the view, but the property needs an upgrade. The mattress in our was too soft so that I vouldn’t rest well in the first night andcwe asked it to be replaced. The yowels were really old and needed replacement too. we didn’t use any amenities such sauna and ofurô vecause it was extra charged. The staff was wonderful, but the place needs a good renovation. We loved the cat and the dog. There should be more variety of food during breakfast, ex yogurt, honey, cereals,...

"Perfect location by a mall and restaurants. We felt safe walking around the area. The apartment was clean with everything we needed including a washer/dryer. Best part was the view from the terrace. Checkin was different going next door especially with my broken Spanish but the staff was wonderful"

"The staff were absolutely incredible and took great care of me. The Refugio is nicely located for skiing. The dinner was 5*. I love everything about this place and will definitely come back."

"Muy amable la anfitriona"

"Quarto limpo. Lojas nos arredores"
