Check in te avisan el mismo dia horas antes de ingresar, por mas que les mandes mensajes antes no contestan por los medios que piden que uno se comunique o lo hacen con severa lentitud. Olor a pintura fuerte y nunca me dijeron que iban a pintar antes de que yo vaya! Mis hijos durmieron con ese olor y les dolio la cabeza.

Encontramos um ambiente agradável bem organizado limpo fomos bem atendidos não tivemos problema com nada quando chegamos o aquecedor já estava ligado estava quentinho o apt as águas quentinhas tanto do chuveiro e da pia de louça e banheiro tudo quentinho uma visão bem bacana que ficamos para as cordilheiras e o centro da cidade recomendo… além disso a localização é muito boa um bairro muito seguro muito bonito bairro organizado e tem tudo perto Farmácia mercadinho conveniência e aí se a pessoa não quiser sair de casa ainda tem as entregas que funcionam muito bem de delivery

Apartamento muito bem equipado e aconchegante. Utilizamos forno, Cooktop, geladeira, secador, TV, internet, tudo sem problemas. Chuveiro ótimo, com pressão e água quente. Check-in online, é um formulário que pede foto de alguns documentos. Comunicação por e-mail foi eficiente, importante ficar atento. Informaram tudo aquilo que foi necessário, inclusive documentação (PDI) para não pagar o IVA. Enviaram um link para página com informações sobre as utilidades que foi muito útil (lavanderia, aquecimento, TV, lixo etc). Portaria 24h, fizemos o cadastro ao chegar e não tivemos problemas. Excelente ponto, a 5 minutos ou menos da estação de metrô Alcantara, pizzaria, supermercado, farmácia, conveniência... Pela localização e pelo conforto, é uma ótima alternativa para casais/indivíduos quem gosta de independência, bom custo benefício. A única foto que tenho é da vista, apto no 16⁰ andar, mas as fotos do anúncio estão de acordo.

Muitíssimo bem localizado, excelente estrutura. Bem dividido entre sala, cozinha e banheiro. A estrutura do condomínio tbm é muito boa. Espaço amplo, limpo e bem organizado. Além disso, estavam disponíveis shampoo, condicionador, produtos de limpeza e bons utensílios de cozinha. Os funcionários foram cordiais, o checkin facilitado e checkout também. Pra quem quer conhecer Santiago com conforto e segurança, recomendo muito. Está a 2 quadras do metrô, tem um mercado na esquina e é de muito fácil acesso. Eu e meu esposo amamos!

Acomodação exatamente como a foto, confortável, com todos utensílios domésticos, cama king confortável. Nota 11.
