"upgraded to a fantastic suite with terrific view on the executive floor. checked in after 1:30 am and they were very gracious. Had only booked the hotel for 2 nights so the next day tried to extend another 4 nights and was told all rooms were booked. After great help from the manager and ms. fosuzen at the front desk, we were able to negotiate for a special price to continue to use the suite. Suzen had a smile on her face the whole way. Will certainly stay there again next time."

"ショッピング街の中にあって、何かと便利でした。1Fはお店のフロアと直結していているので、部屋からコート要らずです。ペットボトルの水のサービスも良かったし、バスタブとシャワーのスペースが別なのも嬉しいですね。 ネットのセキュリティが厳しくて、使い切れなかったのが残念でした。"

"Room was clean and generally pleasant. The hotel is not a smoking free hotel so do not be surprise if your room smells smokey or if you see guests smoking at the lift lobby. However, thankful that I got a room that did not smell. Furniture were abit old but usable. Breakfast was very good, worth to get the room with free breakfast. "
