"We really liked this hotel. Good location, very lovely staff, great breakfast and to top it off, an indoor swimming pool that we used every morning before breakfast. We had the twin family room (2 friends in separate beds. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable."

"The hotel was very well located for Myeongdong. Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. It had coin laundry facilities in the hotel which was very convenient. However you had to go to the 3rd floor for irons (no irons available in the bedroom)."

"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
