"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Cannot fault anything really. Even when we struggled to find parking, the staff were kind enough to add the underground carpark to our key card!"

"Wir hatten ein Comfort Doppelzimmer und es war wirklich schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Zimmer waren sehr leise. Das Hotel ist wirklich gut gedämmt und überhaupt nicht hellhörig. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es eine tolle vielfältige Auswahl und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Auch mit dem Tiefgaragenstellplatz hat alles prima geklappt. Die Pools sind sauber und auch angenehm beheizt. Einziges Manko ist das Menü beim Abendessen. Für Kinder ist hier leider kaum was geboten. Ansonsten...

"Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. The separate toilet room also had its own balcony! The one thing we did was move the desk’s location. It made the room bigger and more comfortable. Excellent hotel!"

"An excellent option just a few minutes from Bolzano, this is a beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities. We stayed in the Jasmine Suite, which was huge. Everything was thoughtfully done and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and high quality, with lots of variety. "Piacevole soggiorno. Stanza semplice, comoda, pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza del treno che praticamente si sente poco anche mentre passa, anche con le finestre aperte. Panorama mozzafiato vista vigneti, castello e montagne. Poca varietà a colazione rispetto altri hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura quasi vuota nonostante il periodo."
