"Room was nice and clean. The bed felt like it was sloped down towards the headboard. Not level. Also the pillows were small. Even with extra pillows it wasn't comfortable. Check in was ok. The check in and checkout lady which was the same person didn't seem really friendly."

"Stayed for 2 nights , never seen or had a cleaner come to our room ."

"Room is lovely, property is well kept and clean. The pool is freezing. Wish it was heated for the kids and myself. The heating system is very loud in the room. The staff are wonderful. It was my son’s bday and they brought him a card with some treats from the front desk."

"The hotel was very clean and I noticed the new fresh furniture as well. Staff were friendly and demonstrated a willingness to assist. I enjoy the breakfast and the atmosphere, however, the food was cold. It would be great to do whatever it takes to change this issue. My favourite place to stay whether travelling or visiting the city for medical appointments."

"Boston pizza and Tim’s next door, rooms were a great size"

"Beautiful view and ocation"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Ryan Mansion and would happily book to stay there again!"

"Great place to stay and only a short walk to downtown. Room was very nice and had a mini fridge and microwave. I only wish I could pick the room and what view the window had when booking. My room had a window facing a brick wall. Not the best view."

"The staff are not there all the time, but they met us to let is in. There are lots of items available, for an extra charge. Parking is included, and that is a plus. It is a beautiful home, but very expensive compared to other options. Walkable, if you are in good shape, to downtown. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet."

"Beautiful property"

"Location was great, right downtown and could walk to all the nightlife, shopping, restaurants and cafes and event centre. The condo was a great surprise, modern, clean and had great amenities. Kitchen was stocked with extras I didn't expect- spices, coffee, tea, sugar and saran, foil wrap. Loved having access to washer and dryer and bed was comfy. Had minor issue upon arrival, contacted owner, he responded immediately. Parking garage was close however did not realize it wasn't included- about...

"Cindy and John were model hosts— kind and hospitable. We loved the china and home-baked goods. Our room was lovely and very comfortable for our three night stay. The Inn is located in a good location for walking to historic St. John’s sites. We highly recommend staying here."

"George was a delightful and extremely helpful and informative host."

"Our stay here was the highlight of our 13 day NL tour. Michelle and Reidar’s gourmet cooking and hospitality was like no other. The stories, the singing and guitar playing, the wellness conversations and the company of others was magic. We made new friends. "
