"Generally a good hotel and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good.
Our family room looked very tired. In particular, the carpet, net curtains and bathroom sink need to be replaced and modernised."

Food was only being served in the Bar Lounge during our stay . The evening food was high quality and wonderful service staff ! Breakfast was good and plenty of choice . There is another restaurant which wasn’t open . We didn’t use the spa, pool or golf course , but they all looked superb . Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting quality accommodation ."
"I honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough, the rooms were absolutely spotless, the breakfasts were amazing and the staff. Well every single member of staff were pleasant, polite, courteous and helpful. The aircon was heaven sent in the heatwave, I had amazing sleep every night yet my brother in law in a budget hotel was tormented with heat. I will without a doubt stay there again and wont even contemplate looking at other hotels."
"We had a side sea view room, clean and well maintained. Great room. Breakfasts good with top class ingredients. We ate once for the evening meal. The food was pricey and quality was poor. Overall a really good hotel with great staff and exceptionally clean."

"We booked a superior room with a sea view. It was everything you could want. The view over the water was superb. The fit out was great. The convenience to the ferry terminal was great as was the access to the bus. The breakfast basket was as comprehensive as we have ever had and satisfied our requirements excellently. As for Isle of Man, we did not know what to expect but it far exceeded our expectations, The steam train, the vintage electric railway, the train up the mountain and horse drawn...
"We arrived after 18.00 hours but we were expected and our room was ready and waiting. The facilities were excellent,and plenty of info on attractions was available. The breakfast menu was extensive and varied, with sausage and bacon sourced locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though access to it was rather a long way from the main road along an "unmade" track."

It came on at 6am and room smelt of breakfast and later on until around midnight it smelt of malaysian food for that reason I would not stay there again"
