"House has 3 bathrooms not 4 as advertised. House was not properly cleaned (bathrooms filthy, floors sticky, deck full of spilled drinks). Did not have any drinking glasses, no toaster, no spices (salt or pepper), and limited cooking utensils. The pantry is locked, garage is locked, den is locked and basement is locked. Guests forced to use decorative pillows to sleep (no real sleep pillows). This is FAR from a luxury residence."
