"Amazing location & clean, comfortable room. We booked in for dinner which was a little disappointing as there was a 90minute wait for mains, with no warning when ordering via the QR code as instructed. When the meals came they were small portions and and overcooked (steak & chips). They did appear to be short-staffed. We had also booked in for breakfast (The full works) so had low expectations, but actually we only waited 30mins, which was perfect as it gave us chance to have a hot drink and...

"Very good location for the centre of the City, next to the Roman wall with the Cathedral on the other side. Peeved that the gym was free but the pool, sauna etc. was £10 per session, but that was a minor niggle. Bar food decent and fairly priced. Used as a base to explore Exeter and beyond."

"The apartment was well appointed, very clean and welcoming. Other apartments are being refurbished and the whole site will be looking much better when finished. I was there for a family wedding and was very pleased with my stay and the facilities offered. Very near all amenities, including the beach, I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment "
