"Great room with everything we needed, including a L’or coffee machine which was just what I wanted waking up! Good location and perfect for seeing the whole of Lausanne, easy transport links for bus, train, and metro right outside! It’s busy outside but not noisy, which was good! "

"It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain."

"Mountain View was super impressive! Room was clean, and staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The ambience of the hotel brings you back to the charm and luxury of hotels in the past, without the large price tag. I would definitely stay there again."
