"This property is terrible. Have so many issues with the AC. It was extremely hot. Even the outside was cold or some days. The staff also was terrible. They did nothing to help. They would sometimes hang up and would not even try to help the situation. Then the last night one of our lights in the restroom blew off in the whole room didn’t have any electricity. I definitely would not recommend this property. Staff was very unprofessional"

"A fab hotel, in a great location walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Haggia Sophia and other significant sites and tram line. A great neighbourhood to wander around and grab Turkish tea and coffee and all other Turkish treats. The hotel staff provided a lovely welcome, and were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely vibe, rooms were great and whole place and is spotless! Would return. Highly recommend. "
