"Great new hotel that is close to Estádio do Dragão. Wood décor of hotel is unique, warm, and welcoming. Rooms are modern with great beds, bathroom/shower, and layout. Included breakfast was impressive and parking is in a secure underground clean garage directly under hotel for 15 euros. Great easy access to elevators from garage parking for luggage to/from room."
"Great location, clean and super friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. But the highlight, big underground parking with 24/7 security for just 15€/night."
"Room was lovely and clean, sink badly cracked but everything else ok. Breakfast excellent. spa facilities seemed very good.
Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit out of the centre which was ok but for one thing - one street which we accidentally returned by on first afternoon glaringly the red light area - minutes from the hotel. I was glad I was not alone as I often am on holiday. Only reason I would not return to the hotel. Ok for a couple or group not a solo female traveller"
"We really appreciated the quiet comfort offered by Jam, our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Having a record player and some tunes was a bonus. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. We enjoyed the breakfast each day - great selection of food. Thanks for helping make out stay in Porto so memorable."
"El hotel está bien situado, con buenas vistas en un paraje muy tranquilo y con buen aparcamiento.
Desde la habitación veiamos el Parque Acuático Magiklan que está a 5 minutos en coche.
Sin duda, un hotel excelente y tranquilo ysin bullicio para poder relajarse en sunpiscina exterior o en su Spa."
"The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the complimentary water, welcome wine bottle, and snacks downstairs are a plus. The spa is small but not crowded, and it has a steam room, sauna, rain shower, and relaxation room. Plus, it’s close to the city center and right next to an area with great restaurants (I recommend Atrevo, it’s absolutely divine). The only nitpick is the breakfast, which can feel a bit uninspired, but it’s still really good and they make fresh omelettes!"
"Beautiful city, disappointing accommodation
The city of Porto itself is absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed exploring it. Unfortunately, our stay at this accommodation did not live up to our expectations.
The room we were given was not what we had originally booked, and when we brought this to the staff’s attention, they were not accommodating or willing to offer us a room that matched our reservation.
The cleanliness was also disappointing. The room was quite dusty and had cobwebs, to...
"Property, location and staff were great with amazing views of the lake and neighboring vineyards. Its biggest flaw is the bedroom - sagging mattress and lumpy pillows made for a very umcomfortable sleep. I didnt have a restful sleep. The carpet in the bedroom can be updated."
"One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The wine is incredible, the food is amazing, the place is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. They have nailed wine tourism."
