"The view of the lake was magnificent. The views and heritage homes were wonderful. The amount of day tourists were alarming, and the fact the way they behaved. As for the room itself, it was great. My only two issues were that the shower could not be properly adjusted and would always spray out onto the floor. And it was very hot without air conditioning. They went out of their way to let me in the gym until they closed, as well as helped me out with tea, and recommendation. I didn’t have wifi in my room and they did their best to get the wifi situated in a way that helped me. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - das grösste Aushängeschild des HOtels sind seine Mitarbeitenden, super freundlich, immer mit einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht, super hilfsbereit und authentisch. "You can’t beat the location and quaintness of this room. It was like staying in the guest room of a friend. Everything wasn’t perfect, but it was luxurious and they made sure we were comfortable. The best part was a delicious breakfast brought up to our room. We ate with the windows wide open and the view was perfect! Kopila and Suni were wonderful hosts!"
