"The location is good. Rooms are due for refurbishment. Air con was noisy and did not work properly. It was lucky that the weather was not too warm. The room was very good size. "We had the most amazing stay. Originally built as a polo club, the owner has recently changed the estate to a grand hotel. I can understand why... the area is quite remote but no expense has been spared in providing 5 star accommodation. Booking two rooms, we were upgraded to the Chaiman's Lounge and the room was magnificent. Huge bathroom, a toilet with auto lid, lighting, flushing, drying etc etc!!! The owner is building on site, Tianjin's tallest skyscraper... to compare, the Empire...
