To make matters worse, the coffee machine was out of order, with management attributing it to peak season wear — an excuse that falls short of the standards expected at this level. Overall, the property does not quite live up to its 4-star rating. The one saving grace is its convenient location. For those seeking a genuinely superior experience, The Chateau nearby is a far better alternative and truly delivers on a 5-star promise."
