"Superior room in Block 4 overlooking main pool was a nice size, nic big walk in shower and the bed as confy enough. Room was cleaned and bed remade each day. "I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. My daughter got injured minutes after getting the room and nothing worked in the villa, the phone, toilet and sinks all didn’t work.
