Staff were friendly and accommodating and the truck taking you to Patong beach was an added bonus. Breakfast options were good too. "

Excellent facilities for the young ones, particularly the kids' club; the staff there were amazing. Hotel's location is great; restaurants/entertainment all within walking distance including a very clean beach. Highly recommended. "

"Really couldn’t fault this hotel for location, comfort and friendliness of staff. Good selection for breakfast each day and great value food choices at the nearby Kata Walking Street Market. Also plenty of restaurants nearby. We did find some small hidden gem places to eat too. We were a family of 5 and no complaints."

"Ideally located at the bottom of Kata beach just a few minutes walk either on the street/narrow paths or along the beach to where the majority of Kata restaurants and shops start. Our room was well-appointed and with a bed that was big and comfortable. The view from our room was glorious, overlooking the pool and out to the ocean just what we had hoped for. More than anything though, it was the staff who made our stay so memorable. We found all the Chanalai staff courteous, respectful and willing to assist whenever needed. Nothing was too much trouble. A special shout out to poolside staff especially Bank. "

"Our stay at this hotel was everything we could’ve asked for and more. The amenities are immaculate, the cafe has a delicious range of breakfast options, the location is ideal for beach days & shopping and perfectly far enough from the hustle bustle and lastly the staff were all incredible. We’d like to thank the hotel manager, restaurant managers, the lovely man working at the pool bar, the ladies at the front desk and also Coco for being so attentive, patient, extremely kind and welcoming. Can’t wait to book our next trip! "
