"A bit disappointed, the room we stayed in was ran down and the cleaner didn’t clean the room"

"A 1 night stop-off on my way to Scotland. I stayed here as it had a gym and (small) pool with sauna. The staff were lovely with special thanks to the lady on the leisure club reception who let me use the studio. I also used the pool, sauna and jacuzzi which were small but clean (there's a steam room too but that was temporarily unavailable). The hotel is looking a little tired but is clean with good sized comfortable rooms at a decent price. Have previously stayed at another chain hotel close...

"Even though the room was in the older wing it was completely updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and linens were good quality. The ensuite was huge, almost as large as the main room with soaker tub, roomy walk-in shower sink and toilet and towel warmers. Good mirror and well lit. The bed was queen sized and the TV was sizable. Desk and dresser. Really pretty nice. "Very nice hotel and great location. The suite was beautiful and roomy but a bit outdated. AC wasn’t cold in the living room and coffee machine was missing the water tank but otherwise everything else was great"

"Beautiful stay for my daughters birthday"

"Property was okay, only reason it doesn’t get a 5 or 4 is that it’s a bit too expensive for what you get. Room type was not available but check with n. Person sorted it smoothly 👍😀. Breakfast was mad busy and not big enough for the amount of people, it was limited but very tasty. Bed was super comfy though. Again nothing in particular inherently wrong just a bit too expensive"
