"All good. Airport shuttle has been very useful."

"Hotel is nice and clean, in a convenient area close to train stations, Yodabashi camera & many food choices. So very crowded and busy. Good time to wash clothes is 2am otherwise it’s difficult to wash. The washroom is always in use. Otherwise its close to everything."

"Everything was amazing - the room and the hotel, the location, the staff, the service. I highly recommend."

"The executive floors were beautiful. The views in the lounge are amazing. The onsen was lovely as well."

"This is probably the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. The hotel was beautifully maintained, had high end amenities, and the room was very spacious for being a Japanese hotel. The bed and room was so comfortable. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient to stay and get around during the vacation. We will absolutely stay here again."

"Good location and breakfast"

"My double bed room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Excellent hotel breakfast buffet! I’d highly recommend it because there are few food options around other than convenience stores open before 10 or 11am. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and pop in the lobby and we appreciated the filtered water refill stations on each floor. Washer and dryer machines were small and mediocre but expected compared to home appliances. Walking distance to public transportation. Overall very satisfied and...

"Wir haben ein etwas größeres Zimmer gebucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit guter Auswahl. Besonders gefallen hat uns die kostenlose Happy Hour 17-19 Uhr und die kostenfreien Reisgerichte ab 20 Uhr… wenn man es aufgrund des Sightseeings schafft, im Hotel zu sein. Ein modernes Hotel. Der Onsen war ebenfalls schön."

"Room too small for a Gate 1 Discovery. We had to upgrade ourselves. Room 641 no view whatsoever."

"Had a very good experience and want to shout out the staff for their exceptional service and care. We had a medical emergency and they coordinated everything and acted promptly to make an already stressful situation seamless. They followed up and the first thing they asked was how we were and if we needed anything when we returned from the hospital. I was very impressed with how they helped us in our time of need. As per the hotel facilities, it is located just outside Kyoto station which is...

"まあまあ、かな"

"La ubicación es muy buena, el servicio de traslados también , le falta un poco de remodelación a la habitación porque son un poco anticuadas y olía mucho a cigarro, lo bueno que fue una estancia corta."

"Great location, central to everything"

"The hotel is conveniently located within easy reach of the main train station and is surrounded by major department stores and a good selection of restaurants, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room is modern and well maintained, although rather compact. The king-size bed is positioned against the wall, which makes getting in and out of bed somewhat challenging, as one has to climb over the bed to reach the other side. The hotel does not have its own parking facilities....
