"Had a really good stay for our wedding anniversary the room was very clean and the spa facilities were really good. The stay was sort of spoilt though by a member of the bar staff called Henry who basically just ignored me at the bar after waiting to be served and just started serving someone else before me. Just thought it was a mistake but then did exactly the same thing to my wife when she went the bar. The member of staff in question needs retraining as when I asked him it would be best next time to ask who was next he just gave a sarcastic reply. Apart from that the stay was good. "

"Friendly service excellent night's sleep. No noise from the bar. Great room with outside sitting space. Shower powerful and hot. Breakfast great choices excellent fresh coffee and fresh orange juice. Would highly recommend and stay again 10/10. Thank you."

"Reasonably priced. Lovely large room, clean and comfortable. Shame there is a charge to use the spa when staying if not booked direct with the hotel. Good continental breakfast buffet and a served hot option. Would recommend this hotel, but book it direct."

"A very attractive, old Tudor style hotel. Great atmosphere. Absolutely charming, friendly and helpful staff. The room was smallish but adequate. Quiet and comfortable. bathroom clean. A good breakfast included. Hotel parking ( £10.00 per night) was quite a way from the hotel. "

"All good - food very good and cooked to order. The only let down with this property is the wifi which is absolutely terrible both speed (all over) and signal wise in the bedrooms."
