"staff were so attentive and friendly. great stay and excellent location, has everything nearby which is really convenient. lovely hotel and rooms and bathrooms are nice. my only complaint is more so a passing comment that the fridge isn’t that cold so not too useable. "

"Clean room a lovely gift for Steven as it was his bday .. thank u .. great wine tasting experience great wine tasting guide sh was excellent … Booked for dinner on Sunday but did not expect it to be Sunday lunch at 7 pm … The lamb was off the menu as it was we wanted … but the food was good and service excellent … The 12% tip was added which I understand is not a legal requirement I opp to not to pay by card but still gave a tip , I think it up to the customer to give what they can afford as it is a treat to stay at a lovely place for an occasion. All in all it was a beautiful place and a great stay would recommend five stars…"
