"Very friendly staff, breakfast was nice. Location was good, right in front of the lake although no access to the lake as it makes you believe in pictures. Old hotel, although well maintained. But the bed was very bed, didn’t get a good sleep"

"The staff was absolutely wonderful with the exception of the General Manager who was a bit crazy. I have never written that in a review, but I don’t know how else to describe her. Otherwise the hotel was fine. Not near the downtown at all, so that was a challenge, and the breakfast was all cold, but besides that, the hotel had AC (a plus) and was clean. More of a 3 star than a 4 star by US ratings."

"The Wellness is magical, especially the Night-swim!! Lovely staff in the Blue Bar and Red Restaurant, the food was really great too! :) The Little village of Vals is lovely, left the hotel feeling suuuuper relaxed, will def try to come back!"
