"Becca who works at reception on the main desk is polite and professional. A fantastic first impression and a major assest to the hotel. The restaurant experience was middle of the road. The chicken Kiev meal arrived and was not as advertised in the menu. I requested a glass of wine twice with my meal and it did not arrive. Overall front of house staff are fantastic. Restaurant staff need to focus more on customers and less on day to day tasks."

"Very nice hotel, but found it difficult to use the pool. Nobody told us children’s swimming lessons would be going on. Also using the lockers in the changing room, proved difficult for me as someone who wears glasses. I need them to put code in for locker, and again to open locker. This meant no where to put my glasses, and taking them to the pool with me, leaving them laying around."

"Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. "It is fabulous being in the grounds of Leeds Castle as it is such a beautiful setting. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only improvement I could suggest was an additional arm chair in our room so we could both sit in comfort. However that is a very minor point as overall the whole experience was perfect."
