"Didn't stay here much, a friend used it a few nights though, and I visited. Totally my mistake, last minute looking after a puppy meant I couldn't use. Such a real shame, because I'd have had an amazing holiday here otherwise."

"We stayed in the sea-view room on the top floor and it exceeded our expectations. Great view, clean, modern and comfortable, and impressed with the fridge, choice of teas, iron and fan. The WiFi was fast and reserved parking was easy. The breakfast was very delicious and we received top service. We also ordered the breakfast ‘to go’ bag on the second day which was efficient and thoughtfully put together. We had a sausage sandwich with fruit, yogurt and a juice. It was close and a short walk...

"Overall a very good stay, however, the bathroom floors really need a good clean. Beds are a bit creeky and not great for light sleepers or fidgets. Area very quiet and beach very special. The sunset at Bedruthan Steps is a must see. "

"What a wonderful B&B. The owners greeted us on arrival, very friendly couple who showed us our parking space and helped with bags to the room. The room was bright, spacious and clean. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Coffee and tea facilities were good. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, was a traditional English breakfast with cold options available. Would recommend to everyone, delightful property ideally located in Newquay. Thanks!"

"Fantastic location, just across the road from the beach. Very clean and most of the facilities you could need for a two night stay - they even have a mat put put the dog bowls on (we brought our own as we weren't aware of this but great if you are unprepared). Lovely spacious outdoor space too. Apartments felt very secure with codes for the entrance driveway, apartments and the key safe at the front door. Unfortunately we didn't find the sofa comfy, or the sofa bed (it was our preference to...
