"We've stayed here a few times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This hotel is a great place to stay if you are catching a show at the Pageant or Delmar Hall. There's tons of stuff to do around the hotel, and it's all walkable. "

"​The only major drawback occurred over the weekend when one of the main elevators went out of service. While mechanical issues are understandable, the lack of communication was frustrating. There was no signage posted at the elevator banks to alert guests or direct them to the service stairs/alternative lifts. This led to a lot of confusion and long wait times in the lobby, which took away from the otherwise seamless "vibe" of the hotel.​ I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent...

"Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. "

"Nice location. Plenty of trendy cocktail bars and dining in CWE. Clean room. Housekeeping refreshed every day, but didn’t replenish coffee, glasses or paper products. Water bottle filling station with ice maker in hallway was great. Walls super thin—heard everything from rooms nearby. "

"The room was comfortable and we had the amenities we needed. It offered a generous breakfast every morning. Coffee and water were available at all times. The gym was clean and easily accessible. The pool was closed during our stay due to the season we traveled in. There was ample parking downstairs. The bar on site was really cute and the drinks were great. We were driving distance to a lot of things and it made it a great homebase. We would definitely stay here again."

"For the price of this hotel, I was incredibly disappointed in both our room as well as the staff. Our room was not very clean when we arrived, and there were stains on the sheets. We had a two night stay and expected our room to be cleaned the next day. Nobody had visited our room at all. Honestly felt like a discount Hampton Inn. The staff except for the bartender were not very kind or welcoming. I would not stay here again."
