"Reception please were great and very helpful at all times. The hotel was quite new so in general it was very good. The counter side was the cleaning out of 4 days none of the were good, we even had to take the bin down. The bar was very slow so even with very few customers that seemed packed. Things were pricey for what you were getting in exchange."

I also find the location to be excellent; being so close to the RER A station is incredibly convenient for travel. Furthermore, your shuttle bus service to Disneyland Paris is very well-organized and has made my trips to the park seamless. I do, however, want to mention one small issue with the bathroom design. Because there is no shower curtain, the floor tends to get quite wet after a shower. I thought you might like to know this, as it can make the tiles a bit slippery. While I haven't had the chance to try the spa facilities, the rest of my stay has been wonderful, and the staff have been very helpful."
