There was however a lady called Ruth at the reception, she needs training on how to talk to clients and have a nice and pleasant face and someone needs to explain to her she's onky doijg a favour for herself when she's nice to clients"

"Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Nice pool which very quiet which was great for the kids. The duplex room was huge and very comfortable for our family (only two towels though but quickly resolved the morning after we arrived) Buffet in mornings suitably varied but the buffet in the evening was very overpriced for what was offered. Wanted to use the outdoor pool but water was not chilled and water appeared to need a clean on surface. Had luxury room on 1st floor, room was spacious. Bed was a bit uncomfortable at times, mattres seemed to dip at the edges. "
