"Super friendly staff and immaculate cleaning services. Stayed there with my son for 4 nights. Rooftop bar and pool a bonus. Yummy cocktails. Rooms was on the small side, but bed super comfy and we didn’t spend much time in the room. Would happily come back!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any issues. The breakfast was excellent and very satisfying. The shuttle service to the airport was extremely convenient and made travel so easy. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay. Highly recommend! "

"My overall experience was OK. I was not able to use my credit or retrieve my credit. I’m not in the support of the parking so even if you are lodging in that hotel, you still have to pay for parking per night which cost $65 per night plus taxes so the valet is a different independent contractor. They don’t work with the hotel so I had to pay for parking which cost me about $71 per night that’s with tax it so 65+ taxes = $71 per night no free breakfast Mind you my hotel room cost about 300+ per night"

"Thank you to the team at Hilton for making my two night stay so fantastic. I love planes and my 12th floor room provided a magnificent view as they approached the runways. The spa was a welcome treat, as was the pool. Very handy to the Metro station, basically a cheap gateway to LA within metres of the hotel. Will highly recommend to all my friends in New Zealand."

"ECentral offers a limited breakfast menu for a fee. The quality of the food was below average. Additionally there was no access to a microwave. I bought food from an outside source and asked the breakfast attendant if she would warm it in their microwave. She told me it was against the hotels rules. I think at the high prices charged by E Central the least they could do is provide a microwave to their guests."

"My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the way my family was treated. While at the buffet, staff approached us rudely and asked us to get up from our table, saying it was too late, without any courtesy or understanding. The interaction felt disrespectful and left a negative impression on what should have been a pleasant experience. I hope the hotel works on improving customer service, especially in how guests are addressed. The only polite and professional staff member was the lady at the front desk when we checked in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I would rather stay at the Sheraton next to it."
