"The hotel reception and dining room were very modern looking, however the room itself (we had a suite) was very dated and was not really set up for modern needs, e.g. there was only one accessible power socket in each room and it was located on the far side so phones had to be charged on the floor. The hotel itself was conveniently located close to the old town for historic sites and the wonderful port market."

"When we arrived at the room, the floor was dirty and covered in hair. There was no liquid soap in the showers, only empty shampoo and soap bottles. The towels were very worn and old. The beds were neatly made, and the sheets were clean."
