Fabulous breakfast with wonderful seating inside and out and always great to have a physical newspaper to read.

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!"
"Positive la ristorazione e lo staff. Camera grande con terrazza con vista montagne circostanti. Bar gradevole con musica live dopo cena. Comoda posizione soprattutto per chi vuole fare camminate ed escursioni ed anche per prendere seggiovia. Da migliorere servizio piscina (acqua fredda, teli insufficienti per gli ospiti a prescindere dall'orario e mancanza di controllo rispetto delle regole)."
"This boutique hotel is central to everything. The staff was absolutely wonderful!
I ended up adding a night so I got to experience a couple of different rooms. Both of which were on the front side and absolutely lovely. Personally, I liked the first room. I had a little bit more, although it was the more basic room, the second room I had was on the third floor, and it definitely felt a lot more private, was quite a bit larger, had a great balcony, and a lovely view of the mountains.
