"Only two member of staff were kind and courteous: Chris at reception and the young woman at the spa. Everyone else was borderline hostile. The rooms are run-down and unsafe, nothing is supplied for using the kitchenette and there is absolutely nothing complimentary, not even a tea bag. The sauna, swimming pool and gym are ok, Breakfast is also not too bad. Hotel etiquette should be enforced, such as not shouting in corridors and not smoking in rooms, which appear to be tolerated. "The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case.
