"This was to be a trip of a lifetime at a 5 star hotel which ended with us leaving feeling like we srated in a 3 star hotel. Our stay was 5 nights, room service did not touch the room for 3 days and we had to request to have someone come in twice to atleast empty garbages, give fresh towels, cups or refresh the beds. This is not the cleanliness or service expected for $400+ a night. The fridge in our room did not work which meant we could not store cold food items, the kini fridge was...

"Staff were friendly, convenient location and good amenities like the pool and cafe in lobby. However this hotel is incredibly run down and in need of maintenance and renovation. The guestroom hallways and elevators look like they are falling apart. My balcony door was broken and wouldn't open smoothly or lock properly. There was a musty smell in the room."
