"Absolutely stunning room and breakfast at the hotel across the parking lot was a bonus. The property is on the main road in town so the view is just OK but the location is unbeatable and it was very quiet at night. Only complaint was the lights... numerous switches and its not clear what controls what. And the fireplace ran out of fuel but we didnt contact anyone as we were only there for 2 nights. Wish we couldve stayed longer!"

"Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts."

Da das Wetter sehr gut war, konnten wir die großzügige Terrasse mit den zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten nutzen. Ein Highlight war der tolle HotPot. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was very cozy, welcoming, and friendly. A special thank you to the amazing staff member from Poland, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She was always happy to help and even assisted us with drying our shoes after we got completely soaked while visiting a waterfall. Her kindness and attention to detail made a huge difference. The breakfast was also very good, with a great selection and quality food. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Iceland. Thank you for such a great experience - we will definitely be back!"
