"A quiet and comfortable hotel minutes from shopping and the airport. Offering a break from "highrise" hotels, this hotel is surrounded by greenery. Rooms are clean, restaurant and bar on site, buffet breakfast available and lots of parking, well lit at night, with a nominal fee which has recently been applied. I have used this hotel a few times and will continue to. "

"Poor check in. I had pre paid for my stay but they had no record of it. Which was a nuisance to go through everything to show that I had actually paid. Don't know why but the room smelt of smoke. Particularly the bathroom ! Fairly noisy at night with doors banging at all hours. Apart from that, staff were lovely and friendly also efficient. Room and hotel generally very nice. Didn't use the spa facilities. Breakfast was excellent. Also in a good position for access to Liverpool and Manchester....

"Great from start to finish, for the 2nd time. Easy to find, plenty of parking, quick check in and decent size rooms. We're not gym folk but it looks good and a decent size pool. Breakfast is plentiful, great selection, tadty and hot, also a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly, and James on the front desk was very helpful, thanks."

"Great underground parking. Lovely room 320.Very quiet. Staff very friendly. Huge bed and pillows really squashy and comfortable. We didn’t book breakfast as it has been very slow in the past also after reading some reviews it looked like things have not improved. Wrong room image on hotels.com site but we realised this before booking but it may confuse some.Very handy for everything. We will be back. "
