"Gorgeous hotel in an ideal location! Free mocktails, helpful English-speaking staff, amazing location at the Oimachi station, well-planned room layout, and ease of WiFi connection. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at with an air purifier and humidifier and it was a life saver. So much to do in this cute area but still away from the main hustle and bustle of Tokyo. We originally booked this stay to be close to the airport, and it did not disappoint. It has tons of great restaurants and shops...

"The hotel likes to market itself as luxurious and 4-star, but it's old and tired. There are huge lineups at check-in, and the alternative automated check-in is painful because it wants not only your last name and passport scan (you'd think that would be enough) but also your reservation number. "C’était très bien compte tenu que ce coin de shinjuku est quand même intense, nous étions vraiment calme à l’hôtel et le personnel était sympathique"

"The hotel is very nice. It is close to the Shimbashi train station so it is very convenient. Staff were extremely helpful and addressed any issues we had. The beds are very comfortable and my wife loved the shower."

"Staff are extremely helpful. It will be nice if there is a swimming pool and sauna/onsen for relaxing. Location is perfect with train stations close by."

"Staff not friendly doesn’t speak English, parking too far and too expensive compared with other hotels"

"I stay here every visit to Tokyo! The best place!"

"Very nice hotel with very nice view. It’s right in the heart of shinjuku and 8-9 min walking to shinjuku station. They have a great shuttle to the airport which makes it very convenient for your last days in Japan. The only reaps. I give it 4 stars is because not fan of the breakfast buffet. This si second time I stayed there and declined the option this time. Overall a great hotel."

"Great to have airport shuttle. The breakfast was excellent with variety meal to try. Staff was nice."

"Unreal experience"
